In last few weeks’ people from Mostar had chance to see a few musical and poetry manifestations. Two most important concerts have been held in the restaurant of Music Center Pavarotti. First concert have been held 23th.02. in Wednesday in 19.00 o’clock.

On concert were playing a young amateur band called «DRIFT» who was learning in rock school in Pavarotti Center. With this band there were also a few guests who also took a place with this band on concert. Repertory was made mostly from old rock songs. There were interpreted songs from old rock bands like Santana, David Bowie, Shadows, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix. Except songs of these bands on the repertory could be found some old songs from ex-Yu bands like Azra, EKV, Riblja Čorba i Leb i Sol.  

Most impressive song was an instrumental, which have been played on the beginning of the concert. It’s about good old instrumental from Leb i Sol known like Bistra Voda. This instrumental has played by young rock band and guitarist Vedji. On the other part of concert the best impress gave a songs that were played with a guest a singer A.Puzic. It is about songs Lets Dance from David Bowie and Pored Mene from EKV. After this group took a place on concert a Mostar hard-core band CLOWN with their tree songs. The best impress by my opinion made a song Falling Down (from their songs).  

After this band has been played a self author, and also performer of foreign ballads like When The Blind Man Cries from Deep Purple. He is known like Dela.
When we talk about an attending of concert I think that this concert was one of most attend considering that on the concert was a group of Italian students. It was a group of about thirty students.  
There should be more concerts of this type, because it is one of the ways to find out what were listening a generations before us.
